I’m delighted to welcome clubs back to the 2022 show season and to help, below is a simple How to book your club stand at Classic & Performance Motor Shows guide.
You can of course turn up or just book your vehicles in individually as exhibits, not a problem and enjoy the show. Club stands however are able to bring gazebo, flags and banners and can be a great way of having a social gathering for your members as well as potentially attracting more. You’re grouped together regardless of when you arrive (between 7am-10.30am each show day) and have space allocated for everyone.
Club stand spaces are allocated by the final number booked in advance and that’s the key, they have to be booked in advance.
I’ve created two options for you that you can offer.
1 – You, or a club organiser, can book in one go, topping up later if needed – before bookings close!
2 – If preferred, you can offer you members the same online link, and they can then book individually paying for themselves to the shows they want to attend. You can then keep in touch with me nearer to the show(s) and I can let you know final numbers confirmed in case you need to chase any one.
If you’ve any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch with Steve by calling 01729 840070 or emailing steve@greatbritishmotorshows.com
