Prebook your classic, sports, supercar or modern vehicle or motorcycle into our vehicle shows in 2022 and beyond

Book your exhibit: To exhibit your classic vehicle, contact Steve on 01729 840070 or book online. Please email or call if you wish to book post 2007 exhibits for classics or any age for motorsport, modified, supercar or hypercars.

The safety of everybody attending our events is our number one priority. Following on from the last 2 years, events are subject to stringent Health and Safety factors, Covid now included. We will be subject to additional guidance and requirements from the Government during the year. Please check our website and sign up to our e-newsletter to keep up to date.

As our events are located at outdoor showgrounds, racecourses and within historic house parklands, there is already ample spacewhich we can expand on and still create a great day out. Using wider walkways, means we can comfortably and safely accommodate visitors at the event, although for the show to take place, vehicle movement will happen whilst the show is open to the public so, please observe speed limits of the showground and follow directions from the show marshals and team when asked. Exhibitors and traders will be given extra space to help facilitate social distancing requirements.

Track and Trace is now voluntary, and should you wish to, you have two options:

  • You can scan our QR code on arrival with the NHS covid App from your mobile phone.
  • Alternatively write names and contact phone numbers on the rear of your exhibit ticket and hand to the stewards

Exhibitor display passes are only valid for arrival up to 10.30am, and because of health & safety precautions, exhibitors arriving after these times will be parked in the public car park.

On arrival you will be directed by our stewards, please do not obstruct other exhibitors, and keep roads clear. All exhibits should ideally be in place by 10.00am when the shows open to the public.

Each pass admits 2 adults plus children, extra adults will be subject to the normal public admission price payable on arrival. Exhibitor gates are open from 7am–10.30am on the day of the event.

Exhibitor display passes include entry for display in the events and cannot be used for general show admission. If you arrive and cannot exhibit or do not intend on exhibiting, you will be required to pay the normal public admission price.

Exhibits are for pre-2007 vehicles/motorcycles for the classic and vintage entry. Modern categories of sports, supercar and modified exhibits up to modern day are only by pre-agreement with the event organiser.

Show & category awards will be judged in the arena, and judging may start between 10.30am and 11.00am, culminating with the “Vehicle of the Show” award at around 4pm by a team of judges selected by the organiser. All vehicles which drive into the arena at the time announced over the tannoy will be automatically considered for judging.

Commemorative show plaques – 2022 plaques are available to purchase online in advance for posting or collection at your chosen show. Show plaques will be available for those taking part in the main arena judging and will be awarded to those taking part.

Insurance – All vehicles including exhibits must have valid 3rd party insurance. The organisers will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to any vehicle. Club stands must have club public liability insurance. Strictly no underage or unlicensed drivers.

Well behaved dogs on leads are more than welcome at all our events on the show field areas. Please clean up after your pet.

Club and visitor camping is available for specific events, please check our event listings for more details. Barbeques are not allowed.

Exhibit ticket bookings are non-refundable. In the event of a show cancellation, keep your vehicle pass for use as a credit against a future show in the same year.
