In these terms and conditions “Great British Motor Shows” or ‘us’ or ‘the company’ refers to Great British Motor Shows Ltd. Great British Motor Shows sells gifts and products, tickets and promotes events on behalf of various show organisers on these terms and conditions and subject to any other terms, conditions or rules applicable to that event.
Great British Motor Shows cannot be liable in any way for the acts or omissions of others (including Promoters and venue operators). However, Great British Motor Shows does not seek to exclude its liability to you for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or any other liability which cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.
The purchase by you of tickets and these terms and conditions (and any contractual or non-contractual matters arising in relation to these terms and conditions) are governed by English law and any disputes arising out of any transaction between you and Great British Motor Shows are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

We reserve the right to change the Website, its Content or these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be bound by any changes to the Terms and Conditions from the first time you use the Website following the changes. If We are required to make any changes to these Terms and Conditions pertaining to the sale of Goods by law, these changes will apply automatically to any orders currently pending in addition to any orders placed by you in the future.

We use suppliers for some of our gifts and in some cases, we will need to share your details with them for the bespoke engraving and dispatching of your goods where required.
In some cases, we have a number of key sponsors. Where you agree, we will share your data with these sponsors.
During the purchase of your ticket, we occasionally have offers from our selected partners. Where you opt to purchase any of these, we will of course share your details with those partners to ensure they fulfil your order. They will not sell or use your data for any other purposes.

Our gift shop is a collection of motoring gifts and accessories. All items will be dispatched to you for receipt usually within 7 days from purchase. Some items, like peices of art, will be dispatched by currier/special delivery and will take longer. We will liaise with you on those items due to their cost and size.
Gifts are usually dispatched within a few days however any bespoke engraving must be checked at the time of order as they can’t be corrected once ordered. This engraving takes additional time but again will be dispatched usually within a few days for receipt by you within 7-10 working days.
We use Royal Mail where possible and larger orders will be sent special delivery or Parcel Force or similar services which provide the most cost effective solution.
We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch most orders within 3-5 working days of receipt, although this may be longer during busy periods. Delivery is usually via Royal Mail for smaller orders and Parcelforce signed for service for heavier or higher value orders. We can despatch to an alternative delivery address, but goods cannot be left unattended.
There are, unfortunately, times when delivery fails to meet expectations. In these circumstances we will do our utmost to find out where the package has gone astray & keep you fully & promptly informed.
We reserve the right to charge for any unpaid items sent by ourselves for which we are unable to claim compensation from the relevant delivery agency for whatever reason.
Our stock levels are well managed. We work hard to keep high stock levels and examine the sales trends of every line we carry to try and ensure maximum satisfaction.
If an item is essential to your order please let us know and we will contact you if it is out of stock. Mail order staff may be able to give a broad indication of delivery times. If your needs are very specific or urgent we will be happy to contact you with more detailed information.
We want you to be happy with your order, but if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish to return all or part of it please contact us before sending items back. In this way we can deal with your return as swiftly and efficiently as possible. Often images of any issues can help us resolve queries quicker and more easily for you.
For non-faulty goods your return should be made within 7 days of receipt and returned items should be in perfect, unused condition. You are also liable for return postal charges except for items sent as substitutes. Replacement goods in exchange for returns will be considered a new order and subject to our standard post and packing charges.
If you have received a faulty/damaged item please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your order to arrange a replacement or refund. Please note that items should be received in our warehouse before any refund or replacement can be made.
For all returns we strongly recommend you obtain proof of posting.

Letters or emails with feedback will always be examined in detail & will always elicit an individual response.
A proportion of our goods are hand-made & constructed of natural materials, some variation in colour & size should therefore be allowed for.
All goods supplied by Great British Motor Shows Ltd remain our property until all outstanding payments are made in full.
