Exhibiting your vehicle
Discounted exhibitor bookings will open in autumn 2026.
Eligible displays include classic vehicles as well as vehicles of any age entered within the motorsport, modified, supercar and hypercar categories. Full vehicle eligibility and booking information will be provided when registrations open.

Car clubs are invited to create a stand and enjoy the show together in the spectacular grounds of Hoghton Tower.

When: Sunday 25 July 2027
Visitor entry: 10am–4pm
Exhibitor entry: 7:30am–10am
Trade entry: 7am–9am
Exhibitors displaying on the Tilting Greens outside the house will normally be unable to leave before the end of the show. If an earlier departure is essential, please speak to the event team when you arrive so that you can be accommodated on the event show field where possible.
Traders are generally located around the Tilting Greens and barn areas, unless otherwise agreed. Early arrival is therefore important.
